📍 Location: Abu Dhabi

Position Type-Contract (3 month Extendable)

🎯 Mandatory: 3+ Years of experience working with Abu Dhabi/UAE Free Zone Authorities or Free Zone Transformation Programmes

We are looking for a highly experienced Free Zone Domain Expert / SME with deep knowledge of Free Zone business processes, regulations, licensing, investor services, land & property management, customs integration, ADRA, and digital transformation initiatives within Abu Dhabi, preferably, or UAE Free Zones.

The candidate will play a critical role in a large-scale enterprise transformation programme, working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and solution architects.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Business & Domain Leadership

Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Free Zone operations and regulatory processes.

Lead business requirement discovery workshops with key business stakeholders.

Define and document current-state and target-state business processes.

Review and validate functional requirements, business rules, workflows, and process maps.

Ensure solution designs align with Free Zone operating models and regulatory requirements.

Support business process transformation and digitalization initiatives.

Facilitate stakeholder discussions and drive alignment across business and technology teams.

Validate proposed solutions against real-world Free Zone business scenarios and operational requirements.

🔹 Ideal Candidate

12+ years of overall professional experience.

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Abu Dhabi/UAE Free Zone Authorities or Free Zone transformation programmes.

Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi/UAE regulatory and business environment.

Proven experience working on large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional requirements and solution inputs.
