About the role

To manage end-to-end supply chain and order fulfillment processes, ensuring efficient coordination across internal teams and external partners to deliver high customer satisfaction. This role supports operations, handles import-export documentation, and plays a key part in building agile, resilient logistics operations for a fast-paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage order processing from order receipt and documentation to on-time delivery to customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction, including handling complaints
• Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, from purchase planning and coordination with OEM/Contract Manufacturers to warehousing, logistics, and final delivery to customers
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse/Logistics, Regulatory/License teams, and external service providers such as freight forwarders
• Track and manage import-export documentation, such as POs, invoices, and shipment documents
• Utilize Excel systems for data management and reporting
• Communicate and coordinate in English with international partners on import-export and logistics matters

About you

• University graduate with 2 - 3 years of experience in Import and shipping knowledge or related
• Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, or inventory control
• Experience in a cross-functional team environment
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good analytical skills and decision-making
• Quick and effective response to change and issue
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics
• Knowledge of Customs knowledge
• Communication and negotiation skills
