What they need

Just imagine turning Benefits service challenges into reliable operations and meaningful improvements. Then make it real.

About the role

As our Specialist, Benefits Management, you’ll own the operational health and continuity of Benefits services. You’ll coordinate Senior Advisors, resolve complex issues and strengthen relationships with Centres of Expertise, vendors and continuous-improvement partners. You’ll also support Learning Administration activities within the Benefits structure.

Required Qualifications

  • Built 3-4 years of experience in Benefits, Hire-to-Retire operations, employee services or a comparable service-delivery environment.
  • Led complex Benefits escalations through root-cause analysis, quality reviews and corrective actions.
  • Directed operational Benefits discussions with Centres of Expertise, vendors and continuous-improvement partners.
  • Maintained a structured backlog of Benefits standardisation, process and automation improvements.
  • Supported insurance, retirement and pension, health and wellbeing, allowances or related Benefits processes.
  • Delivered process impact assessments, change implementation or user acceptance testing for operational projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Used Workday Human Capital Management and ServiceNow within a shared-services or service-management environment.
  • Applied automation tools, Power BI or Power Automate to support service improvements.
  • Supported Learning Administration activities or vendor-managed services.
  • Coordinated Benefits operations with Centres of Expertise, vendors and regional stakeholder groups.

What you’ll build

  • Reliable Benefits services with clear ownership, governance and continuity.
  • Sustainable corrective actions that reduce recurring issues and management dependency.
  • An integrated backup, cross-training and knowledge-transfer model.
  • A prioritised improvement backlog covering processes, standardisation and automation.
  • Operational readiness for Benefits projects, system changes and service transitions.
  • Stronger coordination across Benefits and Learning Administration activities.

If you’ve worked in a role where you’ve guided Benefits issues from investigation through sustainable resolution, you’ll feel at home here. What matters most is connecting people, processes and data to create services that employees and stakeholders can trust.

Life on the team

Employee Service Operations delivers Time and Absence, Benefits and Learning Administration services. You’ll coordinate Senior Advisors and work across functions and cultures, sharing knowledge and creating dependable backup coverage. It’s a varied role where thoughtful collaboration supports practical, lasting improvements.

What success looks like

You’ll strengthen service continuity while increasing stakeholder confidence in Benefits operations. You’ll help the team prepare for projects and changes, improve processes and build deeper technical capability. You’ll work closely with Senior Advisors, Centres of Expertise, vendors, continuous-improvement partners and Learning Administration colleagues.
