The Specialist I, Data Governance role supports IFFs global technology organization by delivering outcomes within data governance. This position partners with business and technology stakeholders to drive operational excellence, innovation, governance, and continuous improvement. The role is expected to influence decisions appropriate to its level, solve complex problems, and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, documentation, and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience using relevant technology tools and platforms to support business objectives.

• Demonstrated accountability, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning and development.
• Preferred certifications such as PMP, Scrum, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent industry-recognized credentials.
