Specialist I - Software Engineering- Enterprise Automation Architect

Role Description Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Automation Architect to drive the organization's automation strategy and lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, governing, and implementing enterprise-wide automation solutions leveraging RPA, Intelligent Automation, AI/ML, Workflow Automation, Process Mining, and Cloud Technologies. This role requires a strategic leader capable of defining automation roadmaps, establishing governance frameworks, assessing automation opportunities, and delivering scalable automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities Automation Strategy & Architecture Define and execute the enterprise automation vision, roadmap, and target-state architecture. Develop scalable automation frameworks and reusable architecture patterns. Establish automation governance, standards, and best practices. Lead enterprise-wide automation assessments and opportunity identification. Drive business process transformation through automation and AI-enabled solutions. Solution Design & Delivery Architect end-to-end automation solutions across business and IT functions. Design automation platforms integrating RPA, AI, OCR, Process Mining, BPM, and Analytics solutions. Evaluate and recommend automation technologies and tools. Ensure scalability, security, compliance, and operational sustainability of automation platforms. Provide technical leadership during implementation and deployment. Stakeholder Management Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams. Present automation strategy, business cases, ROI, and transformation roadmaps to senior leadership. Collaborate with enterprise architects, infrastructure teams, security teams, and vendors. Establish Automation Centers of Excellence (CoE) and governance councils. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Drive adoption of emerging technologies including Generative AI and Intelligent Automation. Identify opportunities for hyperautomation across business units. Monitor automation performance, ROI, and business benefits realization. Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale automation programs. Strong expertise in RPA, AI, BPM, and Process Mining platforms. Experience establishing and leading Automation Centers of Excellence (CoE). Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and cloud architecture.
