DEVOPS ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enable and support development teams through a modern DevOps-driven approach across the full software delivery lifecycle.

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting build, test, deployment, and release activities.

• Support onboarding of application teams to internal platforms and curated cloud services.

• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and platform teams to improve delivery speed, stability, and quality.

• Automate infrastructure, deployment, and operational tasks following Infrastructure-as-Code principles.

• Support containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes-based platforms.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and runtime environments.

• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards related to security, compliance, and operational governance.

• Contribute to documentation, templates, and reusable automation assets to improve developer experience.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate across multiple teams and initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role within enterprise environments.

• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab, Jenkins, or equivalent).

• Solid understanding of DevOps principles, Git workflows, and modern delivery practices.

• Practical experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP acceptable).

• Experience applying Infrastructure-as-Code practices.

• Familiarity with scripting or automation (e.g. Bash, Python, PowerShell).

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and interaction with development and QA teams.

• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / SAFe).

• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.

• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders.

• Comfortable working in regulated and security-conscious environments.

• English C1.
