IR - SPECIALIST

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR with a focus  industrial relations.

• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and industrial relation practices & familiar in negotiation, both Bipartite and Tripartite.

• Preferably have a KTA (Advocate Permit).

• Speaking English Fluently.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

• Familiar with court activities at the Industrial Relations Court.

• Willing to be placed in East Karawang, West Java

  Responsibilities :

• Manage of PKWT and PKWTT employee data, register employee contracts with the Directorate of Labor.

• Handle collective bergaining agreements and participate in negotiations with labor unions.

• Create an employee employment reference letter.

• Conduct for sustainbility, Auditor ISO.

• Provide training and support to managers on best practice for employee and conflic resolution.

• Able to used of Microsoft Office.
