Specialist-IT Support

About the role

We are looking for an IT professional to provide technical support, system administration, testing, and basic AI support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions
• Support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and business systems
• Perform system administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Handle incidents, escalation, and resolution follow-up
• Support basic AI tool usage, prompt writing, and responsible AI practices

About you

• Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Knowledge of account management, basic networking, and troubleshooting
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Microsoft 365 / SharePoint / Teams experience (preferred)
• Experience in a school or education environment (preferred)
• Practical AI experience or strong interest (preferred)
• Experience in system administration or application testing (preferred)
