This is a high-impact role with ownership across:

• Strategic Training - Designing and driving induction, continuous learning modules, and refresher programs.
• Operational Alignment - Executing floor-based interventions, process optimization, and product training for diverse clinical and administrative teams.
• NABH & Quality Assurance - Championing the rigorous implementation and training of NABH protocols and clinical standards.
• Stakeholder Partnership & Culture - Collaborating with clinical heads and operations managers to close skill gaps and cultivate a high-engagement, future-ready learning culture.

We re looking for a passionate and strategic L&D professional with proven, mandatory experience in the Hospital or Healthcare sector. Deep, hands-on exposure to NABH standards and healthcare regulatory compliance is essential.
