Specialist, MIS Reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of business reports and dashboards
• Ensure reporting outputs align with strategic and operational needs
• Provide interpretation and actionable recommendations that drive revenue growth, customer retention
• Leverage Python, advanced Excel, and visualization techniques to enhance insights beyond standard reporting.
• Support talent development through coaching and exposure to modern BI/analytics practices .
• Ensure MIS reporting evolves in line with the company’s digital transformation journey .

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field .
• 2-5 years of experience in reporting, BI, or analytics ,
• Strong exposure to Telco, FMCG, financial services, or other data-rich industries .
• Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query), SQL, and advanced Excel .
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and advanced reporting.
• Ability to tell a clear, compelling story with data to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect insights to commercial and operational outcomes.
• Dynamic, results-oriented, and passionate about driving impact through data.
