Specialist Nominated Representative

Our recent product offering has expanded to include life and funeral insurance as well as KiwiSaver to further support our customers financial life journey.

We are looking for a Specialist Nominated Representatives to join our Support Office based in Greenlane.

This role will directly support the needs of our customers as well as the Branch and Online Direct team with the Insurance & KiwiSaver products sales and aftersales support.

About you:

• Experience in customer service in a sales environment (preferably life insurance & KiwiSaver)
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Above average numeric skills and ability to interpret numerical data.
• Demonstrated ability to confidently and efficiently use digital tools and technologies.
• Eager to learn and will either have or be able to achieve NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5)

What you will do:

• Proactively engage with customers on matters of Life Insurance and KiwiSaver
• Promptly and accurately process customer service transactions and documents
• Promptly and accurately undertake disclosure in accordance with company guidelines
• Promptly respond to all customer enquiries
• Promote services and products at every opportunity
• Provide an accurate information service to customers
• Handle first level customer complaints
• Maintain accurate records of customer service transactions
• Document Storage in line with company policy and instructions
• Maintain professional image by appearance, behaviour and the manner in which the service is provided
• Ensure strong & efficient working relationships with both insurance & KiwiSaver suppliers.
