Job Description

• Clearly explain products and services to customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Understand customer needs, concerns, and business objectives to provide tailored solutions.
• Guide customers in making informed decisions through effective communication and consultative selling.
• Process new service installations accurately through the ordering system.
• Manage customer milestones from order placement through successful service activation.
• Escalate milestone-related issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct the initial billing review with customers to confirm accuracy and address any questions.

Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 a year
