Specialist Operations Quality (SQE)

Description:
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

• Lead the team to handle all quality excursions independently, and take effective actions on time
• Develop and maintain the Quality Management System procedure and supporting instructions/ documents.
• Act as the administrator of the QMS system, provide the training to new users, support existing users and monitor to ensure that the correct QMS data is maintained.
• Monitor and report quality KPI to drive continuous improvement to benefit the customer, CLS and supplier.
• Lead process/product/system/supplier audit and improvement actions follow up; e.g., Industry standards (e.g. ISO), Compliance audit, Safety audit etc.
• Follow up the EC (Engineering Change), SPCN (Supplier Process Change Notification) to ensure the implementation of changes is timely and accurate (initiated both externally and internally)
• Coach junior quality staff to improve their quality knowledge.
• Accomplish the jobs assignment from the superior and participate in the quality strategy deployment.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of QMS including but not limited to ISO9001, TL9000, ANSI/ESD S20.20, ISO17025, ISO27001, etc.
• Knowledge of software and its uses in generating reports capturing data presenting data in an understandable format (Google Applications, Microsoft, Power BI, etc.).
• Knowledge and understanding of the business unit and how decisions impact customer satisfaction product quality on-time delivery and profitability of the unit
• Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, PMP, SPC, Six Sigma, 8D methodology, etc.
• Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
• Good command of written and spoken English. (TOEIC=650 up is prefer)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree of Engineering in Electronics, Electrical, Physic, Apply Physics. At least 8-year experiences in the Electronics.
• Knowledge of IC, BGA, ICT, FCT, Reliability Test, Schematic analysis knowledge. design, manufacturing processes, and related technologies is essential.
• Working experiences from PCBA factory in quality engineering or process engineering or NPI development engineering is preferred.
• Work experienced in SQE handle electronics components from other CMs or work as SQE/QE/PE/NPI/R&D experiences from electronics parts manufacturers.
• Knowledge of Quality standards and system (ISO/TS16949, 6 Sigma, SPC, FMEA, IPC600, Internal/External Audit Skill, 8D/PDCA-FTA Report and etc.)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good organization and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal, suppliers and external customers (English language require).
