Specialist - Organization Development - (MNC IT Services)

Job Role & Responsibility:

This role will support the design implementation governance and continuous evolution of enterprise wide Performance Management Talent Career and Leadership Development initiatives. The incumbent will play a key role in driving strategic Organization Development interventions strengthening behavioural competency frameworks enabling career architecture initiatives and supporting the reimagination of the Performance Management System PMS. Given the scale and complexity of ongoing transformation programs including Career Framework revamp Behavioral Competency Framework development PMS redesign and leadership development initiatives this role will provide critical support in both strategy execution and operational governance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Management Support the redesign and continuous enhancement of the organizations Performance Management framework.

2. Drive performance processes including goal setting continuous conversations feedback calibration and performance review cycles.

3. Monitor adoption effectiveness and governance of PMS processes tools and policies.

4. Partner with HR business leaders and technology teams to implement system and process enhancements.

5. Talent Career Management Support the design and implementation of career frameworks career pathways and role based growth architectures.

6. Contribute to the development and enhancement of behavioral and leadership competency frameworks.

7. Facilitate talent reviews capability assessments and career growth interventions.

8. Develop tools frameworks and resources that enable employees and managers to make informed career decisions.

9. Organization Development Design and deploy OD initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness leadership capability employee growth and workforce readiness.

10. Support change management and capability building interventions associated with talent and HR transformation programs.

11. Conduct research and benchmarking to inform talent career and performance practices.

12. Program Management Governance Manage largescale cross functional HR transformation initiatives from design through execution.

13. Coordinate with HRBPs People Partners COEs Technology teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

14. Track program metrics effectiveness indicators and adoption measures.

15. Prepare executive updates governance reviews and leadership presentations.

Desired Qualifications:

1. Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Psychology Business Administration or related discipline.

2. 8-12 years of experience in Talent Management Performance Management Organization Development Leadership Development or related HR COE roles.

3. Experience in designing and implementing enterprise wide talent and performance programs.

4. Strong understanding of competency frameworks career architecture succession planning and leadership development practices.

5. Exposure to HR technology platforms and talent management systems is preferred.
