JOB BRIEF

• The Procurement Specialist (Non-Food) is responsible for managing and executing procurement activities for non-food requirements, including OS&E (Operating Supplies and Equipment), to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and quality acquisition of goods and services. The role works closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure specifications, sourcing, negotiation, delivery, and supplier performance align with business requirements and established procurement standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform activities to achieve the set key performance indicators.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on the specifications, procurement process and delivery progress of requirements.
• Perform RFI, RFQ/RFP, negotiation and logistics processes as required. Submit recommendation for approval.
• Source, qualify, accredit suppliers, and monitor performance.
• Determine, communicate, and monitor action plans when performance does not meet the set expectations.
• Monitor and report progress of assigned Procurement activities and deliverables.
• Ensure that issues encountered in the conduct of the activities are promptly addressed.
• Perform other duties that may be essential to the achievement of the objectives.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Procurement.
• Experience in OS&E (Operating Supplies and Equipment) procurement is required.
• Experience in the hotel, hospitality, or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, RFI, RFQ/RFP, negotiation, supplier accreditation, and supplier performance monitoring.
