Specialist - Strategy and Organization Development

Job Purpose:

Drive organization development and people strategy initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, support business transformation, and build a future-ready organization through data-driven insights, organization design, workforce planning, and change management.

Key Responsibilities

• People Strategy & Organization Development
• Support the development and execution of People Strategy aligned with business objectives and organizational priorities.
• Organization Design & Transformation
• Lead organization design, structure reviews, job architecture, and organization transformation initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Workforce Planning & Analytics
• Conduct workforce, business, and market analysis to identify workforce trends, capability gaps, and opportunities for organizational improvement.
• Talent & Capability Development
• Partner with HR and business leaders to identify critical capabilities and develop initiatives to strengthen organizational and employee capabilities.
• Change Management
• Design and implement change management strategies to support organizational transformation and ensure effective adoption of new ways of working.
• Performance & Organizational Effectiveness
• Develop initiatives to improve organizational performance, productivity, employee effectiveness, and overall organizational health.
• Stakeholder Partnership
• Partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and functional teams to diagnose organizational challenges and develop strategic people solutions.

Data & Insights

Develop HR/OD dashboards and analytics to provide data-driven insights and support management decision-making.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Organization Development, HR Strategy, Organization Design, Talent Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Job Architecture, and Organizational Effectiveness.
• Experience in developing and implementing People Strategy and organizational transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use workforce data and HR analytics to generate insights and support management decision-making.
• Self-starter, responsible, driving for results, good judgment - doing the right thing right and good team player.
• Experience in Change Management and project management, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational structures, workforce trends, and business requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other HR analytics tools is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
