Specialist – Studies and Planning

Job Objective

The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of experience in managing innovation initiatives, conducting future-oriented research, monitoring performance indicators, and coordinating stakeholders and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate innovation ideas, initiatives, and projects from concept through implementation.
• Conduct and prepare future foresight studies, research, reports, and strategic insights .
• Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs and performance indicators related to innovation and strategic initiatives.
• Support organizational excellence requirements and contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 56002 Innovation Management System practices.
• Coordinate and manage strategic partnerships and external stakeholders , including consultants and relevant organizations.
• Organize and facilitate committees, workshops, brainstorming sessions, and innovation-related events .
• Prepare professional reports, presentations, benchmarking studies, and reference materials in both Arabic and English, as required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to developing innovative solutions and future-ready practices.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure effective delivery of projects and initiatives.

Qualifications
