Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Support the creation, modification, and prioritization of sales and marketing plans while considering existing customer orders over the next six months.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain Engineers and stakeholders to ensure effective production planning and execution.

• Monitor production schedules and track plan adherence across Front-End (FE) and Back-End (BE) manufacturing operations.
• Manage excess inventory situations through root cause analysis and mitigation actions.
• Support capacity planning activities and ensure production requirements are aligned with available manufacturing capacity.
• Leverage production flexibility within the local Supply Chain Management organization and across divisions to optimize business outcomes.
• Analyze supply chain data and develop insights to improve planning efficiency and operational performance.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related disciplines.

• Strong planning, coordination, and analytical skills.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and dynamic environment.

• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of Tableau, Python, SQL, Artificial Intelligence (AI), or Machine Learning will be an added advantage.

• Interest in supply chain planning, business operations, and data-driven decision making.

• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and support business improvement initiatives.

  Note: 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company
