Experience: 6–10 years

Joining: Immediate joiners only

Interview Mode: In-person

Engagement: FTC for the initial 6 months, with a strong commitment to transition to FTE based on performance

Key Hiring Experience

Candidates should have strong experience recruiting for engineering and technology roles, such as:

• Software Engineering / Java
• Cloud / AWS
• DevOps
• AI/ML
• Data Engineering
• Data Center Operations
• Infrastructure and other specialized technology roles

What We're Looking For

• 6–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Technical Recruitment
• Strong experience hiring engineering and technology professionals
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Strong Hiring Manager and stakeholder partnership experience
• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience
• Strong sourcing, pipeline development, and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to provide talent market insights and recruitment recommendations
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills are a must
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, global environment

About the Role

As a Specialist, Tech Recruiter , you will partner closely with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders to understand talent requirements, develop sourcing strategies, provide market insights, and deliver high-quality technology talent.

The role involves significant stakeholder engagement, talent pipeline development, candidate management, and end-to-end recruitment ownership.
