Specialist Training

Leads the implementation of training services in accordance with the department's or team's scope of activity and annual operational plans. Manages and monitors onboarding training, including planning, logistics, training delivery, data collection, evaluations, and report writing. Contributes to the regular analysis of training needs, the identification of specific needs, and the development of tailored training programs. Develops, implements, and delivers training in defined areas, including the creation of educational programs, content, and training materials, as well as their delivery and follow-up. Provides advice and expertise in the field of training to the HR community and various operational functions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Academic background: Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, Training Engineering, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Professional experience: 2-3 years of experience in training management, skills development, or human resources, ideally in an industrial setting. Training management: Proficiency in training processes, from needs analysis to evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.
