Must have

:

• More than 7 years of experience with technical hands-on solutions development, configuration

• Experience with the following Technologies on Microsoft Cloud (MS):

  • MS Dynamics 365 CRM
  • MS Power App Portal
  • MS Power Automate
  • MS Azure Services
  • MS Azure Attachment Storage

• Hands-on Experience in designing, developing, integrating and implementation of Azure Storage for Attachment Management with MS Dynamics 365 on cloud

• Hands-on Experience in Designing, Configuring and Implementation of Portal Applications, Including experience with:

  • User Access and Profile Management
  • Role Based Data Access Control

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
• Update architecture, functional, and technical design documentation.
• Manage and support cloud environments (DEV, UAT, PROD), including configuration and change management.
• Design, develop, configure, and implement enhancements for:
• Public Application Intake Portal (English/French)
• Selection Committee Member Portal
• Case Management System
• SharePoint Online Document Management
• Develop features including user/profile management, role-based access control, authentication, workflows, document management, dashboards, and reporting.
• Implement integrations with enterprise systems and services such as:
• Microsoft 365
• Identity and Access Management solutions
• SharePoint Online
• Power BI
• Email services
• External data sources and batch/real-time interfaces
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and operational reports.
• Support data migration, system integration, and deployment activities.
• Contribute to testing, quality assurance, and release management activities.
• Develop deployment, packaging, and migration strategies across cloud environments.
• Ensure solutions comply with Ontario Public Service Digital Accessibility Standards (ODAS).
• Produce technical design documents and maintenance release documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, business stakeholders, and support teams to deliver project objectives.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide technical guidance to internal teams.
• Support ongoing application maintenance, enhancements, troubleshooting, and operational activities.
• Perform additional project-related tasks assigned by project leadership and management.
