CGRC’s CREATE (Creative Relationships and Emotional Adaptability in a Therapeutic Environment) program is hiring for a day to day supervisor. The Supervisor provides clinically appropriate therapeutic support services for children between the ages of 3-21 with Autism Spectrum diagnosis and/or developmental delays. The services require the implementation of the program, according to their treatment plan, designed to assist children with developing effective cooperative and reciprocal socialization skills with peers for use in home, school, and community settings. The Clinical Quality Manager also oversees service outcomes, analyzes data, and handles other administrative duties related to the service as delegated.

Some responsibilities include:

  • Supervise employees as designated by CREATE Director.

  • Engage with client and family.
  • Review behavior plans, and any other documentation as a method of understanding the child and/or adolescent.
  • Understand, collect, and analyze baseline data as a way of informing treatment goals and interventions.
  • Oversee curriculum development to ensure clinical competence.
  • Understand data collection methods and accurately and completely collect data in accordance with client goals and objectives, as prescribed in treatment plan.
  • Create lesson plans and implement curriculums in conjunction with evidence-based programs
  • Provide consistent communication and feedback to the family and other team members on client’s progress.
  • Utilize client strengths to determine and implement behavioral strategies to encourage client success.
  • Supervise the self-administration of client medication. Ascertain through questions that client understands prescribed medication – dose side effects, etc., as guided by a registered nurse.
