Specialty Recruiter Intermediate

We are looking for an experienced Specialty Recruiter Intermediate to support talent acquisition efforts for a long-term contract opportunity based in Plano, Texas. This position is ideal for someone who can manage recruiting activities from initial outreach through offer coordination while maintaining a positive candidate experience. The role blends sourcing strategy, applicant review, and process management to help attract and secure talent efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage suitable candidates through targeted sourcing methods, networking, and recruiting tools.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake discussions, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer support.

• Evaluate resumes and applications to determine alignment with role requirements and hiring priorities.

• Partner with hiring teams to understand staffing needs, refine search strategies, and maintain progress on open positions.

• Keep recruitment activities organized and up to date within tracking systems to ensure accurate reporting and workflow visibility.

• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates, set expectations, and deliver a positive experience.

• Support recruitment process improvements by monitoring timelines, identifying bottlenecks, and helping streamline recruiting operations.

• Experience supporting recruiting efforts with exposure to sourcing, candidate review, and hiring workflows.

• Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment practices from candidate identification through offer stage.

• Ability to assess applicant qualifications and match talent to business needs effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Organized approach to managing multiple openings, priorities, and process details at once.

• Familiarity with recruiting systems or applicant tracking tools used to document hiring activity.
