SPECIFICATION EXECUTIVE

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of building roof and wall cladding systems compliant with local authority requirements.
• Promote the company's product line through effective sales presentations and collaborate with Marketing during events and networking sessions.
• Prepare and present concept proposals, product specifications, technical documents, catalogues, and material submissions.
• Conduct weekly sales visits to developers, engineering companies, architects, consultants, interior designers, and office manufacturers to expand the company’s business.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, and key accounts to understand their project needs and design intent needs.
• Identify new architect firms and business opportunities while growing the base of specifiers.
• Arrange and lead meetings/presentations with architects for project discussions and to propose suitable LCP building products according to specifier’s design intents.
• Review project requirements, drawings, and specifications to ensure alignment with product offerings.
• Coordinate technical and specification matters with architects and consultants while following up on material approvals and project specifications.
• Support project specification activities to ensure products are approved and specified for projects.
• Maintain awareness of the market landscape and provide updates on new products and industry requirements.

Requirement :

1. A recognised Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from reputed university is essential
2. Preference will be given to candidate with site or design experience. However, fresh graducte may be considered for the post of specification engineer.
3. Good interpersonal skill and good command of English language is required
4. Oerseas travelling to provide technical support is required.
