Specification Manager

We are a building materials supplier seeking a Specification Manager with experience in technical architectural products, construction, or other specification-led build environment industries.

You will work closely with architects, consultants, and developers, integrating our solutions into their projects from the early design and specification stage through to tender.

This is a specialised consultative role for candidates who understand the project timeline from design to award, and enjoy influencing decisions through relationships, technical and commercial aspects.

The Jobscope:

• Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders as to influence specifications.

• Keeping abreast of project opportunities and developments.

• Provide product, design and technical consultancy to customers and consultants.

• Conduct presentations, detailed product specifications and tender documentations

• Support sales and marketing activities and industry events.

This Role requires:

• Relevant experience in a specification role, ideally in the build environment.
• Proven ability to influence product solution and influence specifications.
• Strong relationships with key industry stakeholders
