Specification Manager

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Sales, Technical Sales, or Specification Sales.
• Proven experience in the building materials or construction industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project mapping and networking capabilities, with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
• Willing to actively visit customers, project sites, and business partners.

What You’ll Do

• Manage product specifications and drive product approvals across targeted projects.
• Identify, develop, and monitor potential projects from early stages through to execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Consultants, Developers, Contractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Map project opportunities and develop a sustainable project pipeline.
• Drive project-based sales opportunities and convert them into business growth.
