The Role

We’re seeking a Specification Manager to drive project specifications and grow market share across Victoria.
This role will suit someone who enjoys a mix of technical sales, business development and relationship management, working across both design and delivery channels.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Developing and managing specification opportunities with architects, consultants and engineers
• Building relationships with key accounts and end users across construction and OEM markets
• Providing technical advice and support for project design and implementation
• Identifying new opportunities and nurturing long-term client partnerships
• Working collaboratively with the broader national sales team

About You

You’re a seasoned sales professional with experience in construction materials, OEM manufacturing, or specification-driven markets. You’re commercially savvy, technically minded, and comfortable working autonomously.

To be successful, you’ll bring:

• Proven success in a specification, BDM or account management role
• Experience promoting technical or engineered building products
• Strong relationships across architecture, consulting, or construction sectors
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong communication skills
• The ability to balance technical detail with commercial outcomes

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• $100K - $120k Base Salary + Comms
