Specification Sale Manager

Key Responsibilities

-  Achieve assigned sales targets in Singapore

-  Specification Development

-  Promote and specify LIGMAN products into projects at the design stage (Spec-in)

-  Build strong relationships with lighting designers, architects, and consultants

-  Provide Technical support and lighting solutions to project stakeholders

-  Identify new projects and business opportunities

-  Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals

-  Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting

-  Channel partner coordination

-  Work closely with local distributors and partners

-  Support partners in project follow-ups and deal closing

-  Ensure alignment between company strategy and partner execution

-  Handle customer inquiries, proposals, and technical clarifications

-  Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams

-  Follow up projects until completion

Requirement

- Minimum 5 years of Sale experience, preferably in project-based business

- Experience in lighting industry is highly preferred

- Strong understanding of specification sales (designer/consultant engagement)

-  Proven ability to achieve sales targets

-  Strong communication and relationship management skills

-  Self-driving, proactive, and able to work independently

-   Ability to perform effectively under pressure

-  Fluent in English

Preferred

- Existing network with designers, consultants, or architects in Singapore

- Experience working with international brands

- Technical knowledge in lighting products
