Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Identifies new leads and potential customers - ARCHITECTS , DEVELOPERS and GENERAL CONTRACTORS for Shera Products.
• Understands the needs and objectives of the customers and develops and presents customized solutions to fulfill customer’s needs.
• Conducts Shera product presentation to promote the High-Value Products (HVP) to Architects, Developers, and/or Contractors.
• Prepare quotations and explains and discusses the product details to customers.
• Support client and internal sales team with technical guidance on Projects, Installation, Site Overviews.
• Ensure Shera Products is specified in the project planning
• Establishes and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Visits projects and clients to ensure that all concerns are addressed.
• Monitors specified projects and ensures the said projects utilize the Shera Products throughout the process.
• Achieves and meets the set targets and sales every month or as prescribed by the management.

Job Requirements:

• College Graduate
• At least 3 years of experience in product specification, preferably in the field of construction materials
• Experience in fiber-cement, gypsum, and cement or construction materials business is preferable
• Good communication skills, verbal and written
• Proficient in MS office Applications (e.g. Ppt, Word, Excel)
• Excellent Presentation skills
• Problem-solving skills
