Corpus Christi Montessori School is a small charter school in Corpus Christi, TX. We are collaborative, professional, and inclusive. Our goal is to support our students through the Montessori philosophy of whole child development, being mindful of body, spirit, and mind.

The SPED Director is a part-time position (20-25 hrs per week) that works with Parents, Teachers, Students and Administration for all grades. They are responsible for coordinating meetings and disseminating information to pertinent parties, support SPED instructional staff, maintaining confidentiality, and keeping the school in compliance with the state. This position is for the 2026-2027 school year and will remain open until filled.

Subject Area/Teaching Field Endorsement

• Work closely with administration
• Oversee the Special Education Program.
• Provide Special Education services in a Montessori setting.
• Plan and facilitate RTI, 504, & ARDs.
• Plan and organize student evaluations.
• Meet with teachers, staff, and parents.

Requirements (Additional Information)

• Masters degree from accredited university
• Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements or required training for subject and level assigned

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
