Speech Language – Clinical Fellowship (CFY)

Red Door Learning Centers have been serving young children, with and without disabilities, since 2009. We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Clinical Fellowship (CFY) to join our growing team, where you can gain invaluable experience while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our children.

About the Position:

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent speech graduate to gain valuable clinical experience under the guidance of experienced ASHA-certified supervisors.

As a CFY, you will:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments to the special needs population.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including other therapists and physicians.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in regular supervision meetings and professional development activities.

Salary:

$60K-$65K annually.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• Eligible for a Limited License from the Office of Professions.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
