Speech Language Pathologist (2500 Incentive)

Available Shifts, Full Time

• $2500.00 Sign on Bonus
• 8am-4:30pm
• Monday-Friday

SLP Duties: The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for providing rehabilitative therapy to patients upon referral for communication, cognitive and/or swallowing disorders following all regulatory and clinical practice requirements. This includes recovery, improvement in function and when possible, a return to a prior level of functioning. Clinical documentation will describe objective measures and justification for continued or discontinued services.

Qualifications:

• Must hold current and active State license or Registration
• One year’s experience in long-term care or related setting preferred!
