Speech Language Pathologist [84003]

We're partnering with a school district in Hays County, TX to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 26/27 school year.

Position Details:

• Location : In-person, Hays County, TX
• Schedule : Follows district school schedule
• Hours: Full-time, up to 35 hours per week
• Caseload: 35-40 students
• Grade Level: Elementary

Responsibilities :

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students with IEPs.
• Conduct assessments and contribute to eligibility determination.
• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers.
• Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state standards.

Qualifications :

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• State License: Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)
• Education Certification: Texas Education Agency (TEA)
• Optional: National Certification (e.g., CCC-SLP)
• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
