We’re currently seeking a full-time, in-person Speech Language Pathologist to support a school in Hennepin County, MN for the 2026–2027 school year.

Position Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: 06/11/2027
• Location: Hennepin County, MN
• Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, 35 Hours per Week
• School Year: 2026-2027

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Proven experience in speech, language, or communication assessment and intervention.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Knowledge of IDEA and other relevant federal and state laws.
• Strong collaboration, documentation, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
• Create and implement individualized plans, such as IEPs or 504 Plans, for students with communication needs.
• Provide therapy for speech sound issues, language delays, voice problems, stuttering, and social communication challenges.
• Support students using Augmentative and Alternative Communication devices when necessary.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to develop strategies that integrate communication goals into classroom activities.
