Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant

Star Therapy Solutions is a therapist-owned pediatric practice. We provide speech-language and occupational therapy services to children in school, daycare, and clinic settings.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to join our growing team. We recently expanded into our new office space in Miami Lakes, creating a collaborative and welcoming environment for therapists and families.

Compensation

• $39 per treatment hour

Position Highlights

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Implement treatment plans and activities developed by the supervising SLP
• Support patients in developing receptive, expressive, pragmatic, and articulation skills
• Collect data and maintain accurate session documentation using provided templates
• Collaborate with caregivers and staff to encourage skill carryover across environments
• Perform all duties under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with completion of required SLPA coursework/training (required)
• Current Florida SLPA license (required)
• Level II background screening (required)
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)
