Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant

Agape Therapy Services LLC is a growing, therapist-owned pediatric therapy practice seeking motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our team.

We are currently hiring SLPAs to provide services to pediatric clients in preschool and elementary school settings, with potential opportunities for home-based cases. Some clients will require services during daytime/school hours, while others may need afternoon or after-school sessions. Positions have the potential to grow into additional hours over time.

Our pediatric population primarily consists of children ages 1–10 years old with mild developmental delays. We are looking for SLPAs who are passionate about working with children and providing individualized, high-quality care under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

Qualifications

• Current Florida SLPA license/registration, as required
• Appropriate education and training for SLPA practice
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Dependable, motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Ability to work collaboratively with the supervising SLP, families, school staff, and other members of the therapy team

We are looking for qualified, motivated, and ambitious SLPAs who want to grow alongside our practice. Compensation is based on experience, level of competency, and insurance reimbursement.
