Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant

Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – Early Start 0–3

Verbal Tree Speech Pathology & Development is looking for a caring and motivated SLPA to join our growing Early Start team.

Provide in-home speech therapy to children ages 0–3 receiving Regional Center services throughout Van Nuys, North Hollywood, Arleta, Sherman Oaks and surrounding areas.

We offer strong SLP supervision, ongoing clinical support, and mentorship. You’ll have guidance with treatment planning, documentation, parent coaching, and clinical questions while building your confidence and growing your own caseload.

• California-licensed SLPA
• Passion for working with infants, toddlers, and families
• Pediatric or early intervention experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Bilingual skills are a plus

What we offer:

• Supportive and experienced SLP supervision
• In-home Early Start experience
• Opportunity to build a caseload close to home
• Collaborative, play-based, family-centered environment
• A growing practice where your clinical growth matters

If you’re looking for a place where you can learn, grow, and feel supported—not just be handed a caseload—we’d love to hear from you!
