Speech Language Pathologist Assistant

Brightside Therapy LLC is currently looking for a part-time or full-time SLPA in our Winter Haven/Haines City office to build your own caseload. This position is in the office, no travel required. We provide all therapy and evaluation materials, and utilize electronic medical records for efficient paperwork and scheduling.

Experience with Autism, AAC preferred, but not mandatory.

• Treat patients of all ages with a variety of speech and swallowing disorders.
• Manage patient care.
• Act as a resource to other staff members., such as physical, occupational, and recreational therapists.
• Work with physicians and other specialists in providing care for patients with speech and swallowing disorders.
• Educate patients and their families about the cause of their disorder., its symptoms and treatment options.
• Assess patients' needs and formulate an individualized treatment plan.
• Advocate for patients with the goal of achieving the best possible outcomes.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
