Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - SLPA

We are seeking a licensed Speech and Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in a Part-Time role in the Pacoima, CA area. This position offers a pay rate of $32 - $37 per hour. Join us in making a positive impact on students' communication skills and educational journeys.

Schedule: Part-Time, 2 Days per Week | After School

Requirements:
*

Required: Valid California License as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA).

*

Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.

*

Organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and documentation.

*

Experience with SEIS & Welligent is preferred

*

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred

Responsibilities:
*

Follow and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and treatment plans.

*

Provide individual or group therapy sessions to students with speech, language, and communication disorders.

*

Maintain accurate and confidential records of student performance and progress.

*

Communicate effectively with students, teachers, parents, and other staff members.

*

Follow ethical guidelines and maintain professional standards as outlined by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
