We are currently seeking passionate, dependable, and ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC-SLPs) for multiple in-person opportunities within Katy Independent School District.

Elementary School – Full-Time Opportunities

• Multiple positions available
• Full-time, school-day schedule
• In-person services within Katy ISD
• Immediate start
• Compensation: $75–$85/hour, depending on experience

Junior High School – Part-Time Opportunity

• 3 days per week
• In-person services within Katy ISD
• Immediate start
• Compensation: $75–$85/hour, depending on experience

Specific campus assignments will be discussed during the interview and placement process.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small-group speech-language therapy in accordance with students' IEPs.
• Conduct speech-language evaluations and reevaluations as assigned.
• Develop and implement individualized, measurable speech-language goals.
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational professionals.
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation, evaluation reports, and progress monitoring records.
• Manage assigned caseload responsibilities and meet district and special education timelines.
• Support students' functional communication, academic participation, and overall educational success.

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a qualifying related field
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a school setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous school-based speech-language pathology experience
• Familiarity with Texas ARD/IEP procedures
• Experience providing services to diverse student populations
