Speech Language Pathologist

We are searching for a part time, or full time Speech Language Pathologist to join us! Sycamore Therapy is a local therapist owned company in Senatobia, MS. This is a very flexible position with mostly in person caseload needs, but the opportunity for virtual therapy needs as well.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of student's speech and language abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance communication skills.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to support patient progress.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of therapy sessions.
• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology and virtual service provision.

Experience

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field is required.
• Valid state licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience working with pediatric populations.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to assess patient needs effectively and develop appropriate treatment strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
