Boston Speech is seeking a compassionate, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services within an Early Childhood Special Education program in Big Rapids, Michigan.Boston Speech Therapy is a woman- and SLP-owned company serving the education space with a strong commitment to therapist advocacy and sustainable caseloads. Our team is built around thoughtful care, practical collaboration, and a focus on high-quality services.In this role, you will help students build communication skills that support learning, confidence, and participation in the school environment.

You will play an important part in shaping individualized care, partnering closely with families and school-based collaborators, and contributing to a clinical approach that values both strong outcomes and strong therapist support.Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.Provide direct therapy services tailored to each client's communication goals.Document progress notes and maintain accurate, timely clinical records.Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.Special needs school working with Medically complex and children who have more severe Autism. \Must be familiar with communication devices. Must be willing to be safety care trainedRequirements: Master's Degree in Speech-Language PathologyMA SLP License
