Speech-Language Pathologist

Mindful Connections Behavioral Consulting & Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing multidisciplinary team. The SLP will provide assessment and treatment services to pediatric learners with speech, language, social communication, and developmental needs, including children with autism and related developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized, measurable treatment goals.
• Provide individual and/or group speech-language therapy.
• Address receptive, expressive, articulation, social-pragmatic, and functional communication skills.
• Evaluate and support AAC systems when appropriate.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment based on clinical data.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Provide caregiver education and training.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, BTs/RBTs, OTs, educators, and other treatment team members.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and treatment planning.
• Maintain HIPAA, ethical, and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Current or eligible state SLP licensure.
• CCC-SLP preferred; qualified Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates may be considered.
• Pediatric, autism, early intervention, or developmental disability experience preferred.
• AAC experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
