Ignite Therapy Services is a growing pediatric private practice serving children throughout the Richmond area, and we are looking for a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team!

At Ignite, we believe therapy should be child centered, relationship based, and fun. Our clinicians provide individualized services in natural environments including homes, preschools, daycares, and private schools.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized speech and language evaluations and therapy
• Develop functional, individualized treatment plans
• Provide services in natural environments including homes, preschools, daycares, and schools
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other members of a child's care team
• Communicate regularly with families regarding progress and recommendations
• Complete timely documentation and maintain accurate clinical records
• Participate in team collaboration and professional development
• Provide services based on your areas of experience and clinical interest

We're Looking For Someone Who...

• Holds or is eligible for a Virginia SLP license
• Holds their CCCs or is completing a Clinical Fellowship
• Is creative, flexible, and relationship focused
• Values play based and child centered therapy
• Is comfortable working independently while also being a collaborative team member
• Communicates professionally and compassionately with families and educators
• Is excited about being part of a growing pediatric private practice

Pediatric experience is preferred, but we are open to the right clinician who is eager to learn and grow.
