Speech Language Pathologist

Duties

• Provide speech and language therapy services to patients, primarily in a pediatric setting
• Conduct patient assessments to determine speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and strategies to improve communication skills
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on speech and language strategies for home practice
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with pediatric patients preferred
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech and language disorders
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour
