Beyond Therapy Team is seeking a compassionate, experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to support and supervise our Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs). If you enjoy mentoring clinicians, collaborating with families, and helping children build meaningful communication skills, we would love to connect with you!

We are a pediatric therapy practice providing speech, occupational, and physical therapy. We are looking for an SLP who can offer thoughtful clinical guidance, promote professional growth, and help our SLPAs deliver high-quality, individualized care.

About the Role

This position emphasizes SLPA supervision, mentorship, and clinical oversight. You will work closely with our assistants to support treatment implementation, monitor patient progress, and strengthen clinical skills while maintaining a supportive, collaborative environment.
