Speech Language Pathologist

Duties:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs
• Provide therapy sessions to improve patients' speech, language, and communication skills
• Monitor and track patients' progress throughout the course of therapy
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and educators, to provide comprehensive care for patients
• Provide counseling and support to patients and their families regarding communication disorders

Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology
• Clinical experience working with individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Knowledge of assessment tools and therapy techniques used in speech-language pathology
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and their families
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
