Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based speech therapy to children and/or adults.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to support therapy goals at home.
• Help patients improve communication skills, confidence, independence, and overall quality of life.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Georgia SLP license or eligibility for Georgia licensure.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Previous clinical or educational experience in speech-language pathology.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
