Speech Language Pathologist

• We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team at High Point Speech Therapy. Services are provided in clinic, homes, schools, and/or daycares. We are a therapist-owned practice with interdisciplinary collaboration with OT and behavioral health therapists. This is a 1099 contractor position offering exceptional flexibility. You determine the size of your caseload and create your own schedule. We currently have a waiting list of clients, allowing you to build your caseload quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Complete evaluation, treatment, consultation, and discharge planning for pediatric clients
• Develop treatment plans and establish therapy goals for new clients
• Documentation in EMR
• Detailed and thorough communication with child’s parents/guardians and healthcare providers through progress reports, phone calls, or other forms of communication

Education & Experience:
·Master’s degree in speech-language pathology required

NC SLP license required

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required

·At least one year experience working as a licensed speech-language pathologist in a school or pediatric practice preferred.

·Experience with autism, apraxia, and early intervention preferred

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
