Speech-Language Pathologist

CAP Speech Therapy is looking for a Pediatric Speech Therapist who enjoys working with young children and closely collaborating with preschools and families in the Fort Lauderdale area.

This is a close-knit, growing private practice in East Fort Lauderdale focused on early childhood communication, late talkers, and children with autism. Sessions happen in the child’s natural environment (home and school based), where real progress tends to happen naturally.

What this looks like right now:
We’re currently seeking support for sessions about 2x per week in Fort Lauderdale. Caseload is light to start, with steady room to grow as referrals come in. This is a great fit for someone who wants flexibility without being locked into a heavy or overwhelming schedule.

You’d be a good fit if you:

• Enjoy working with toddlers and preschool-aged children
• Feel confident with neurodivergent students and late talkers
• Like collaborating with families and teachers
• Prefer functional, play-based sessions
• Want flexibility without clinical burnout

What we offer:

• Flexible morning or afternoon schedule (start small, grow as you want)
• In-home and/or school sessions in East Fort Lauderdale
• Supportive, low-pressure environment
• Autonomy in how you run your sessions
• A caseload that builds organically rather than being overloaded upfront

If this sounds like your kind of work environment, I’d love to connect and talk more about what you’re looking for! Call or text 786-571-5322 for more info. :)

Pay: $75.00 - $90.00 per hour
